Software Freedom Day - 2012

O Software Freedom Day, ou Dia da Liberdade do Software é um evento mundial, celebrando o Software Livre e de Código Aberto. O objetivo é mostrar às pessoas, os benefícios do uso de S.L. no governo, na educação, em casa... O evento originalmente é coordenado pela Software Freedom International, oferecendo apoio, brindes e equipes inteiras de voluntários em todo o globo, que organizam eventos locais para suas próprias comunidades.

E Teresina, claro, não poderia ficar de fora! Com palestras, minicursos, exibição de filmes, esperamos incentivar o uso de sistemas de código aberto. O evento será realizado na Biblioteca Cromwell de Carvalho (Biblioteca do Fripisa), sábado (15/09). O evento local, será promovido pela APISOL.
